Aperture operates primarily as a service provider to business customers who use the Services to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.

Depending on the context:

• Aperture acts as a data processor when processing candidate data on behalf of business customers; and
• Aperture may act as a data controller for limited purposes such as service improvement, analytics, security, and AI model training.

Candidates should first contact the organization that invited them to an interview for requests related to hiring decisions or deletion of application data.

We process personal information to:

• provide and operate the Services;
• conduct and analyze interviews;
• generate AI-based insights and assessments;
• improve and train AI models;
• maintain platform security and prevent fraud;
• communicate with users and provide support;
• send administrative or marketing communications;

You acknowledge and agree that:

• interview data, transcripts, and related information may be used to improve and train Aperture's AI systems;
• data used for model improvement may be anonymized or aggregated;

• demo and evaluation usage may also be used for model improvement.

AI-generated outputs are intended for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
