All hiring, employment, and evaluation decisions are made solely by the organization using the Services. Organizations are responsible for:

• ensuring compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws;

AI-generated outputs must not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.

• unbiased outcomes;
• fairness across all contexts;
• suitability of candidates;
• hiring success or performance outcomes.

Organizations remain responsible for ensuring fair and lawful hiring practices.

Certain features of the Services may rely on third-party technologies or infrastructure providers. Aperture does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aperture does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or data loss resulting from technical issues, maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aperture disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• use of or reliance on AI-generated outputs;
• hiring or employment decisions made by users;
• inaccuracies or omissions in interview analysis;
• inability to access or use the Services.

This disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, the limitation of liability provisions contained in the Terms of Service.
