Candidate Notice & Consent for AI-Assisted Interviews

This notice explains how artificial intelligence ("AI") and recording technologies are used during interviews conducted through the Aperture platform.

By proceeding with an interview conducted through Aperture, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice and consent to the collection and processing of your information as described below.

If you do not agree with this notice, you should not proceed with the interview and should contact the organization that invited you.

The interview you are about to participate in may involve AI-assisted technologies designed to help organizations conduct structured interviews and generate analytical insights.

During the interview, AI systems may be used to:

• present or assist with interview questions;
• generate transcripts of spoken responses;
• analyze communication patterns and responses;
• generate summaries, evaluations, or recommendations for the organization conducting the interview.

AI systems assist the interview process but do not independently make hiring decisions.

During the interview, the following information may be collected:

• audio recordings of your responses;
• video recordings of the interview;
• transcripts generated from speech;
• responses to interview questions;
• behavioral and interaction data derived from interview participation.

This may include analysis of:

• facial movement and visual engagement;
• eye movement;
• tone and delivery of speech;
• communication and interaction patterns.

Aperture does not perform facial recognition and does not create biometric identifiers.

Your interview data may be used for:

• conducting and evaluating interviews;
• generating interview summaries and insights;
• improving interview consistency and structure;
• improving and training AI systems used by Aperture;
• maintaining service quality and security.

The organization conducting the interview is responsible for hiring decisions.

Your interview data is processed on behalf of the organization that invited you to participate in the interview.

That organization determines how your interview results are used for hiring or evaluation purposes.

Questions regarding hiring decisions or evaluation outcomes should be directed to that organization.

Interview recordings, transcripts, and related analytical data may be stored for service operation, evaluation purposes, and AI system improvement, in accordance with Aperture's Privacy Policy.

Participation in the interview is voluntary. If you do not wish to proceed under these conditions, you may decline the interview and contact the organization that invited you.

By continuing with the interview, you acknowledge and agree that:

• your interview may be recorded;
• AI-assisted analysis may be applied to your responses;
• your information may be processed as described in this notice and Aperture's Privacy Policy.
