• harass, threaten, or harm individuals;
• collect or process personal data unlawfully;
• conduct surveillance or monitoring unrelated to legitimate hiring purposes.

Users may not:

• upload or process data without lawful authorization;
• upload government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data not required for hiring purposes;
• use the Services to evaluate individuals for unlawful or discriminatory purposes;
• use interview recordings for purposes unrelated to recruitment or evaluation without appropriate consent.

Users may not:

• rely solely on AI-generated outputs for employment decisions without human review;
• attempt to manipulate, exploit, or intentionally bias AI outputs;
• use the Services to create automated decision-making systems outside the intended hiring context;
• use AI outputs to profile or categorize individuals for unrelated purposes.

Users may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• perform denial-of-service or similar attacks;
• probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.

Users may not:

• scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Services;
• use automated tools to collect platform data;
• reverse engineer or attempt to discover underlying models or algorithms;
• use the Services to develop or train competing products or services.

Users may not:

• use the Services in a way that creates excessive load or degrades performance;
• misuse demo environments or evaluation features;
• resell or sublicense access without authorization.
